Scope

Users must comply with the laws applicable to their activities, products, jurisdictions, and transaction roles, including applicable sanctions, export controls, import requirements, and customs rules.

Screening

Sentrick may screen relevant parties, beneficial owners, countries, destinations, products, and other transaction details using risk-based procedures. A screening result may require further review. Sentrick may suspend a listing, account, payment process, or transaction where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate a potential compliance issue.

No concealment

Users must not use the platform to conceal the true parties, destination, origin, end user, or end use of a transaction.

Licenses and authorizations
