Sentrick provides a marketplace, workflow, and transaction-support service. Listings, product information, and counterparty representations are provided by users; Sentrick does not warrant their accuracy. Nothing on the platform is an offer that binds Sentrick as buyer, seller, manufacturer, or carrier of supplier products.

Sentrick may modify the platform and these terms; material changes take effect on posting or as stated. Sentrick may suspend or restrict access where qualification, safety, fraud, sanctions, payment, or legal concerns arise.
