What each listing must identify

Where applicable: product and commercial name; chemical composition, grade, purity, and applicable tolerances; physical form and size; quantity and unit; country of origin and current location; batch or lot identification; material safety information and Safety Data Sheet where applicable; independent laboratory analysis, inspection, or certificate where required or claimed; price basis, availability, and minimum order quantity; loading location, proposed Incoterms rule, and named place; and relevant product restrictions and export/import requirements.

Listing statuses

Draft (submitted, not yet reviewed); Under Review (review in progress); On Hold (missing information, unresolved risk, or other review issue); Approved for Listing (passed the platform's defined listing review for the stated product and market); Suspended or Removed (not available). "Approved for Listing" does not mean certified by Sentrick and does not guarantee the product or transaction.

Verification badges

A verification badge is displayed only when the platform has actually completed the specific documented verification that the badge describes. The badge links to a plain-language explanation of its scope and date. It is not a warranty of identity, compliance, quality, origin, purity, safety, or ability to perform.
