Payment Terms

Payments are processed by one or more independent third-party payment processors. Sentrick is not a bank, money transmitter, or lender, and does not provide escrow unless a separately licensed and disclosed model expressly permits it. Your use of a processor is subject to that processor's own terms. Sentrick facilitates payment as part of the marketplace workflow; it does not guarantee any payment, payout, or settlement.

Bank transfer / ACH is the default settlement rail. Where card payment is used, processing is charged to the payer at actual cost; Sentrick does not mark up payment processing. Amounts, currencies, and timing are shown at or before checkout and computed from the immutable order record.

Sentrick or its processor may place holds on, review, delay, decline, or reverse a payment or payout for reasons including suspected fraud, chargeback or dispute risk, incomplete verification, risk-based reserves (where part of the payment model), sanctions or anti-money-laundering screening, or legal requirement. Sentrick may request identity, business, tax, or beneficial-owner information and may suspend activity until verification is complete.

The party that receives funds is responsible for chargebacks, reversals, refunds, and failed payments attributable to its transaction. Sentrick may correct erroneous payments, recover amounts paid in error or reversed, and, where contractually permitted, deduct or set off fees, the marketplace commission, refunds, chargebacks, and reversals against amounts otherwise payable. Processor outages, network failures, or payout delays are outside Sentrick's control.

Approved refunds are processed to the original method where feasible. The marketplace commission is reversed proportionally on any approved refund. No refund, payout, or settlement is final until confirmed by the payment processor; platform status may show a pending state until confirmation, and immutable commercial history of the payment is retained.

Payment amounts may include tax where applicable, calculated as described in the Tax & Resale Certificate Information. To the extent permitted by contract and applicable law, Sentrick may withhold or deduct amounts it is required or authorized to withhold, including taxes and applicable fees.

Sentrick may update payment methods, processors, and these terms; material changes take effect on posting or as stated, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
