User and supplier content
Suppliers and users retain ownership of the content they submit and grant Sentrick a limited license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the marketplace. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Respect for third-party rights

Copyright notices (DMCA) and designated agent
Sentrick maintains a process for copyright complaints consistent with applicable law, including a designated agent to receive notices. Notices may be sent to the Copyright Agent, Sentrick Metals & Minerals, c/o Anima Technology : Sensor & Tracking Solutions LLC, Houston, Texas, United States, or by email to dmca@sentrickmetalsandminerals.com. A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the complainant's contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy and authority. We may remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice and notify the affected user.
Counter-notice and restoration
An affected user may submit a counter-notice with the information required by applicable law. Where the process permits, we may restore removed material if the requirements are met and no legal action is initiated within the applicable period.
Trademark and counterfeit complaints
Brand owners may report trademark infringement or counterfeit products through our contact channels. We review valid reports and may remove listings, restrict features, and take action against sellers of counterfeit or infringing goods.
Repeat infringers
Sentrick may restrict features and suspend or terminate accounts of users who infringe or repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights, and preserves related records for audit.
