Agree inspection terms before purchase

Because minerals and bulk commodities vary by grade, lot, and handling, the parties should agree before purchase on: the sampling and inspection method; the independent inspector, if any; inspection location and timing; applicable tolerances and testing standard; documentation and evidence required for a claim; notice periods; and remedies and the allocation of inspection, return, storage, and freight costs.

Reporting and review

Users may report suspected fraud, product discrepancies, or disputes through the platform. Sentrick may facilitate communication and review available records, but does not guarantee an outcome or act as a court, arbitrator, or insurer unless a separate agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Mandatory rights preserved

Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory rights under applicable law.
