Our commitment

Sentrick is committed to making the Sentrick Metals & Minerals platform usable by as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build the product.

Standards we work toward

We aim to align the platform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes attention to color contrast, keyboard operability, focus visibility, meaningful structure and labels, and clear states for loading, empty, and error conditions.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time task. As we add features we review them for accessibility, and we prioritize fixes for barriers that prevent people from completing core tasks. Some third-party or in-development areas may not yet fully conform; we do not present unbuilt capabilities as complete.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us through the contact channels on the site, describing the page and the difficulty. We will review reports and work to provide the information or function through an accessible means.

We welcome feedback that helps us improve. This statement will be updated as the platform and our conformance efforts evolve.
