Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the conduct required of everyone who uses the Sentrick Metals & Minerals platform. It applies alongside the Terms of Use and Marketplace Terms. Sentrick may enforce it at its discretion to protect users, integrity, and the marketplace.

You may not: misrepresent your identity, business, authority, or products; list or transact prohibited or non-compliant goods; upload false, deceptive, or unlawful content; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; transmit malware or attempt to breach, probe, or overload systems; scrape, harvest, or resell platform data; or evade qualification, membership, payment, sanctions, or geographic controls.

Creating orders that are not genuine arm's-length transactions is prohibited, including collusive or self-dealing orders, wash trading, and activity designed to inflate volume, farm reward tiers, fabricate traction, or manipulate reviews, badges, or another party's standing. Messaging and contact features are for legitimate business relating to marketplace activity. Spam, harassment, deceptive solicitation, and off-platform circumvention intended to avoid fees or controls are prohibited.

Sentrick may warn, restrict features, withhold or reverse transactions, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and report unlawful activity. Enforcement actions and immutable commercial history are retained for audit.
